7-Layer Balls Phases 2 and 3

Directions
Begin by mixing the chia seeds in water well and allowing them to absorb the water. Once they have absorbed a good amount of the water, pour them into the food processor. Pit the dates if they are not pitted already and combine the dates with the coconut oil and chia seeds in the food processor.
Once that mixture is smooth, blend in the sea salt and unsweetened cacao powder. Lastly, mix in the chopped walnuts until you have an evenly smooth mixture. Remove this from the food processor and stir in the shredded coconut.
After mixing well, make 16 balls of the same shape and size. Eat right away, refrigerate or freeze to store for later. Enjoy.

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons filtered water
10 Medjool dates
1 tablespoon raw coconut oil
Dash of Sea Salt
½ cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
1 1/3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
