You must have an air fryer for this recipe!"Remove the centre steam of the kale. Tear the kale up into 1 1/2" pieces. Wash clean and dry thoroughly. Toss with the olive oil and soy sauce. Fry in the airfryer at 200 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes, tossing the leaves halfway through.Enjoy!"

Yum!!! However, the cook time was not 2-3 minutes for me. It took closer to 15, tossing the leaves twice. Perfect crispness, wonderful flavor.
