Place the canned chicken in a small bowl and shred up with two forks, pulling from opposite directions.
Chop the onion, apple, nuts, and carrot and place in the bowl. Add in the greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve on top of mixed greens and Enjoy!

7 oz canned chicken (waterpacked)
0.5 cup chopped red onion
1 apple (peel on, chopped)
1 large carrot, chopped2 tbsp chopped almonds
non-fat greek yogurt (1/4 cup)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2-4 cups of mixed greens
