Apple Sauce

Directions
Place the apples in a large pan with the water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook the apples until they are soft, about 20 to 25 minutes.
When the apples are cooked, remove only the apples to the bowl of a blender or a food processor, leaving any liquid in the pan.
Bring remaining liquid in the pan to a boil over high heat until it reduces to about 1 or 2 tablespoons.
Add the reduced liquid from the pan to the blender or the food processor along with the cinnamon, allspice, and lemon juice and blend to the desired consistency.

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Small pinch of allspice
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
