Directions

Preheat oven to 420 degrees

In a large bowl add the cauliflower, coconut oil and all ingredients except for the green onion, toss well together

On a large baking sheet, lay the cauliflower out in a single layer

Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until a little char is on the outer edges of the florets

Top with sliced green onions if desired and Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets

1 tbsp coconut oil melted

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp peeled, diced ginger

1 clove garlic, diced

1/2 tbsp gluten-free and low sodium Tamari sauce (or coconut aminos)

2 stalks of green onions, sliced
