Baked Avocado Eggs

Directions
Begin by preheating the oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
Take 1 avocado and slice it down the middle. Remove the pit and use a spoon to enlarge the whole (must fit an egg). Then line a baking dish with foil, place the halves of avocado with an egg placed in each side facing up.
Put the dish in the oven to bake for 17-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked all the way through. Remove and throw on a dash of salt and pepper. Enjoy.
