Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Add water or ice to adjust the thickness.

1 cup spinach

1 scoop high quality protein powder (use one that is 100 calories with 20 grams of protein at least)

1/2 tbsp ground flax seed

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup ice

water/ice if needed to adjust thickness
