Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed.

Add ice or water to adjust consistency to your liking.

Protein:  1  Fat:  1/4 Vegetable:  1  Fruit:  1 Liquids:  1

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup fresh spinach

handful of fresh parley

1/4 avocado

1/2 cup frozen of fresh berries of choice

1 inch segment of fresh ginger, peeled and diced

stevia to taste (optional)

1/2 cup ice

Is there a way to use Cashew Milk instead of Almond Milk, as long as it’s unsweetened?
