Brussels Sprouts and Apples

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Add the brussels sprouts, apples, melted coconut oil, dates and salt and pepper to a 13x9 casserole dish and mix together in the dish (this cuts down on dishes).

2 apples cored and diced

3 medjool dates, pitted and diced small

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
