Directions
Mix broth and spices in skillet over medium heat to form a paste, adding more water if needed. Remove from heat after paste is formed. Let cool slightly. Rub all over the chicken pieces and place in a zip lock bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Heat non stick skillet or cast iron grill and cook chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
