Chicken Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, almond butter, red raspberries, stevia into a blender. Mix well Refrigerate.

Once blended, put salad together in a bowl and add the ingredients. Add salad dressing.


8 oz. Red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Almond butter (Amish made and nothing added)

1/2 cup Red raspberries

2 Packets of Stevia

2 cups Baby Raw Spinach

2 tbsp Blueberries

1/4 cup Chopped Apples (Peel on)

5 oz. Cubed chicken

2 tbsp Raspberry Dressing

1 Nuts (Optional)
