In a food processor, add all chimichurri ingredients together. Process until parsley and garlic are finely chopped. Add more liquid for a thinner consistency.

1/2 cup White wine vinegar
4 Cloves garlic
1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dried oregano flakes
