Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high. Adjust ice or add water until desired consistency is reached.

Ingredients

Chocolate or vanilla flavored protein powder (make sure it is less than 100 calories and at least 20 grams of protein)

1/2 cup sliced strawberries (frozen works well too)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

water or ice if needed to adjust consistency

Hi guys, i think this recipe is great – only thing that i will adjust is using cacao instead of cocoa. The cacao is less processed than cocoa.

The fat content in this is not that high, but the fat in this recipe is coming from the almond milk, and a tiny bit from the protein powder.
