Cinnamon Baked Apple

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Core apple leaving about one inch in the bottom. Do not core all the way. Place apple in baking dish.
Mix together cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, 4 tablespoons of water and Stevia. Pour the mixture in and on the apple.
Pour the rest of the water in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Serve immediately.

1 apple
¾ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup water
Stevia to taste
