Combine peas, oregano, shallots, capers, lime juice, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. kosher salt over cod fillets. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cod; cook 4 minutes per side.
While the cod is cooking on each side, add in your pea mixture to cook. Once all of the ingredients are cooked, serve and enjoy!
