1-1.25 cups Brewed Coffee (cold or room temp)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Chocolate or vanilla protein powder (must be less than 100 calories, and at least 20 grams of protein)

1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt

1 tsp almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
