Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
Adjust ice and liquids for desired consistency.
Protein: 1 Fat: 0 Veg: 0 Fruit: 0 Liquids: 1
1 cup crushed ice
1-1.25 cups Brewed Coffee (cold or room temp)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate or vanilla protein powder (must be less than 100 calories, and at least 20 grams of protein)
1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Love this! I drink coffee every morning, and I’m used to putting sweetened creamer in it. To make it simpler in the morning, I made a jug of cold brewed coffee to keep in the fridge to put right in. I was very (pleasantly) surprised by how large this shake was, and how full it keeps me. I also like how it’s simple taste makes it very versatile- you could add some cocoa powder, cinnamon, etc to change it up. This will be my go-to breakfast for a good while.
