Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

I make this protein shake with leftover coffee for a post workout treat! This could also be a meal replacement when you are running low on time.

Ingredients

1 cup brewed coffee (can still be warm, the ice will just melt a tad)

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 frozen banana (if using un-frozen banana add more ice)

1 scoop protein powder that is 100 calories or less with at least 20 grams of protein (chocolate flavored is best for this shake)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt
