Begin by chopping up the bell peppers, onion, and slicing the jalapeno pepper. Throw these ingredients into a crock-pot along with 2 cloves of garlic, fresh salsa, lime juice, broth, chicken, olive oil, salt and pepper, chili powder, cumin,and paprika.
Let it cook for about 3- 4 hours on high or 6 hours on a lower temperature.
The chicken should start to fall apart when it is fully cooked, reduce the crock-pot temperature to medium and Enjoy.
