Curried Tuna Salad

In a bowl combine the drained tuna and all of the other ingredients except the lettuce. Mix well and taste, add more salt if desired.

Wash (in cold water) and pat the lettuce leaves dry. Scoop the tuna into the two leaves and Enjoy!

Small can of tuna in water, drained (2 servings =120 cal, use the whole can)

¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 cup diced celery (about 2 celery ribs)

¼ cup diced red onion

½ cup red grapes (quartered)

1.5 tsp curry powder

¼ tsp sea salt

2 large lettuce leaves (I use Butter lettuce)
