Made these this morning, Yumm…. enjoyed the change from my daily scrambled eggs or cottage cheese w/ fruit. Made a double recipe and froze half for during the week. Used a half cup of water for perfect consistency and substituted almond flavoring instead of vanilla.
Next recipe to try is the Cloud bread.

This is by far the most indulging food on phase 1. Does not even feel like a diet food, plus you can top it with homemade syrup (recipes is somewhere here).
