Soak wooden Skewers in water minimum 1 hour. Combine in bowl: minced garlic, Balsamic vinegar, half of chopped basil (1 Tbsp) and chicken breast. Refrigerate covered for minimum 1 hour.
Cut the chicken in 1/4in. wide strips try to make them as long as possible. Put chicken on skewers and season with salt and pepper.
Heat non-stick skillet or cast iron pot over med-high until chicken will sizzle (no oil!). Grill Chicken in Skillet approximately 5-6 minutes per side.
3.5 oz Chicken Breast

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
100 Grams (3.5 oz) Cherry or Plumb Tomato
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
