Boil or steam cauliflower until VERY tender/falling apart. Sauté onions and garlic in a little bit of water until caramelized and very soft (can also roast whole garlic cloves and onions in the oven for this dish). Add all ingredients into a large bowl and beat with a mixture until they are the consistency of mashed potatoes!
Remember that if you are having this dish, you should skip the milk in your coffee or tea in the morning.
