Directions
Mix together water, soy sauce, and garlic. Marinate sliced beef for 15 minutes.
Chop onion and caramelize in fry pan on low heat adding a little bit of water to prevent burning. Remove beef from marinade and add to the pan, brown it.
Remove beef and onions. Add broccoli to the pan and cook for 2 minutes
Add marinade liquid, ginger, salt, and cook uncovered until liquid almost evaporated. Return beef and onions to the pan, warm together. Serve immediately.

5oz of beef steak sliced thin
½ cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup fresh broccoli chopped
1 garlic clove
½ tsp ginger root minced
½ cup water
Salt to taste
Splash of soy sauce
