
Ginger Lemonade

Directions
Squeeze the lemons to get the juice, add grated ginger. Strain lemon juice and ginger mixture to get all the pulp out.
Pour the lemon juice and ginger mix into a pitcher, add Stevia and cold water. Serve on the ice cubes and garnish with mint.

1 tbs fresh ginger, more to taste
6-8 cups Water
Ice cubes
Stevia to taste
Mint leaves (to serve)
