Begin by brushing a pan lightly with high-heat cooking oil such as coconut oil. Then take the cod fillets and sprinkle both sides of the cod with oregano, ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper. Grill it on each side for about 3 minutes.
While grilling the cod, mix the yogurt, finely chopped cucumber, chopped mint leaves, chopped green onion, and ⅛ teaspoon of salt in a small bowl. Once the fish is cooked all the way through remove from heat and serve with yogurt dip. Enjoy.

3 tbsp cucumber
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1/2 green onion
