Directions

Begin by poaching the chicken breasts. Then dice the chicken and mix it with the greek yogurt until that chunks are all evenly coated in yogurt. Then dice the celery, apple, and halve the grapes.

Take all of these ingredients and mix them in with the yogurt chicken and almonds. Serve and store the rest in the fridge.

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt

1/3 cup celery

1/3 cup apple

1/3 cup grapes

1/4 cup slivered almonds

We made this using 9oz worth of chicken added 1/2tsp dillweed, 1tsp lemon juice and salt n pepper. Make sure to mix dry seasonings with yogurt chicken mix before adding grapes celery apples. 3/4 cup serving for each of us was 117 calories
