Begin by poaching the chicken breasts. Then dice the chicken and mix it with the greek yogurt until that chunks are all evenly coated in yogurt. Then dice the celery, apple, and halve the grapes.
Take all of these ingredients and mix them in with the yogurt chicken and almonds. Serve and store the rest in the fridge.
