Season both sides of the steak liberally with salt and pepper. Heat thick-bottomed non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook steak 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside covered with foil to keep warm. Turn the heat down to med.
Add Beef Broth to skillet and bring to boil. Add broccoli, rosemary sprig with seasoning to taste. Boil broccoli for 3-5 minutes.
Serve Steak with Broccoli on the Side.
