Directions

In a food processor blend egg whites, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard. Slowly add olive oil. Continue blending until consistency is creamy and smooth. You can store in the refrigerator up to two weeks.

2 tsp mustard

½ tbsp lemon juice

2 cups olive oil
