In a food processor blend egg whites, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard. Slowly add olive oil. Continue blending until consistency is creamy and smooth. You can store in the refrigerator up to two weeks.


6 egg whites

½ tbsp apple cider vinegar

¾ tsp salt

2 tsp mustard

½ tbsp lemon juice

2 cups olive oil

Delicious. Since this makes 16 servings (a little more than 2 cups), and there are 16 Tablespoons in a Cup, a single serving would be 2-3 Tablespoons.

Delicious. 16 servings would mean about 2-3 tablespoon each serving. There are 16 tablespoons in 1 cup., Recipe makes a little more than 2 cups

Looks interesting, has anyone tried it? Even though a condiments I would say it falls under 1 serving in the good fat category.

With 2 cups of olive oil it sounds like a lot for only being able to keep for 2 weeks – especially at a max of 2 tbs. per day.

To answer the above, extra virgin olive oil is 125 for 1 tablespoon. None of the other ingredients really have calories, so I’d say 1 tablespoon is a serving.
