Healthy Ranch and Cucumber Snack

Directions
Begin by chopping the garlic and adding a dash of salt. Mash it with the side of your knife then mix it with chives, parsley, and lemon juice into the greek yogurt until it is well combined.
Cut the cucumbers into wedges and serve with the ranch. Feel free to substitute and other vegetable. Enjoy.

1-2 cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
1 clove garlic
Dash of salt
1/2 bunch chives, thinly sliced
1/4 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped
Lemon juice to taste
1 6-ounce container strained Greek yogurt
