Directions

Layer the lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onions and egg. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar and sprinkle a little black pepper on top.

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes cut into pieces

1 hard boiled egg sliced

1/4 cup diced or sliced red onion

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
