Begin by boiling water. Once the water has reached boiling point, add in the almonds. Making sure that they are all covered in water, blanch them for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove the almonds and let them cool off for 2 to 3 minutes. The skins should peel off easily by a simple pinch of the almond. Once the skins are removed broil them on a baking sheet on high for 2 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and toss them in the food processor. Process them along with slowly adding coconut oil to the mixture for about 12 minutes. Once well blended, scoop out and Enjoy!
