Begin by placing the apple slices, cinnamon, cloves, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey or stevia, and strain into tea glasses. Push gently on the apples to remove all the liquid. Enjoy!
