Homemade Caesar Salad (Phase 3)

Directions
To prepare the souce, add all the ingredients for the sauce to the food grinder and crush it to paste like consistency.
To prepare the croutons, cut the bread into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with oil and spices, bake in a 390-degree oven for about 10 minutes, until the croutons are nicely scoffed and hardened.
Combine washed and well drained with avocado slices, crab sticks, croutons and parmesan cheese shavings.
Serve the souce on the side to preserve the crispiness and freshness of the salad. Enjoy!
Ingredients
150 g favorite salad leaves
1 large ripe avocado
1 tbsp Lemon juice (can adjust to taste)
150 g crab sticks
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 slices of white bread
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic
2 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp lemon juice
splash of Worchester Sauce
handful of grated parmesan
pinch of salt and pepper
