
Protein Packed Edamame Raw Salad

Directions
In a salad bowl, combine the zucchini, onion, edamame, green bell pepper and green onion. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients to make a dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and let sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Serve cold and Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 large zucchini (spiralized with a spiralizer or julienne tool)
¼ red onion sliced thin
½ cup edamame (shelled)
½ green bell pepper sliced thin
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp fresh ginger minced
1 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
½ tsp sesame seed
dash of salt and pepper
