Quick Legume Stew

Directions
Cut onion and chilies into cubes, cut into small pieces jalapeno and garlic.
In the pan heat the oil, add the peppers and onion cubes. Fry for 5 about minutes while stirring on medium heat.
Add garlic and jalapeno, spices (chilli, smoked chilli, cumin) to the pan and fry everything for another minute.
Add sugar and stir well.
Add all canned products. Salt and pepper.
Heat the stew for about 5- 8 minutes.
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil for frying
1 red onion
1 red chilli
1 jalapeno or chili pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp minced chilli
1 tbsp minced smoked peppers
1 tbsp minced cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp brown sugar (Stevia for Phase 1)
1 can of lentils
1 can of canned beans
1 can of canned chickpeas
2 cans of canned tomatoes in juice
Salts, pepper
For Garnish
1 jalapeno or chili pepper
1 avocado
1 red onion
Fresh coriander
Lime Juice
