Roasted Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 400F.

Soak cauliflower florets and sliced onion in salted cold water for 10 minutes, then drain. Drizzle oil and salt on cauliflower and onion. Bake for 20 minutes turning half way. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and serve hot.


1 medium cauliflower cut into florets

1 medium sliced onion

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

hot water and ½ tsp salt

This is a great quick veggie. Love the onions with the cauliflower. Sweet and tasty. I didn’t use the red pepper flakes but sprinkled ‘cajun’ seasoning on the cauliflower after removing from the oven.
