Shrimp and Green Bean Stir Fry

Directions

Add 1 tsp of the coconut oil to a medium hot skillet

Add the minced garlic and saute for about one minute

Add the shrimp, salt and pepper, cook for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink.

Green Bean Stir Fry: Add the 1 tsp of coconut oil to a medium hot pan.

Add the minced garlic, saute for 1 minute

Add green beans, salt and pepper. Toss and cook for about 5 minutes. Combine with the shrimp

Serve and Enjoy!
