Sauté shrimp on the stove top at medium-high with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 forkful of minced garlic and pepper.

Put the remaining salad ingredients on a very large plate.

Whisk together salad dressing ingredients in a tiny bowl. This includes the mustard, 2 forkfuls of minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil

Top salad with shrimp and dressing! Enjoy!


7 Medium-Large Shrimp (One Serving)

1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Forkfuls of Minced Garlic from Jar

Fresh Ground Pepper

Large Plateful of Spring Mix Lettuce, with both green and red leaves

1/4 Sweet Onion, sliced

1/2 Cucumber, sliced

1 Plum, sliced

2 tbsp Stone Ground Mustard

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
