Slow-Cooked Lean Beef Roast

Begin by seasoning the beef with salt and pepper and set in the crock-pot. Then thinly slice the onions and garlic. Toss those into the crock-pot with the beef.

Lastly, in a small bowl mix the beef broth, vinegar, and dried oregano. Pour this mixture over the beef and let it cook in the crock-pot for about 8 hours on low.

Remove once tender and cooked thoroughly. Enjoy.


2 pounds lean beef roast (top round or eye round)

2-3 onions

2-4 garlic cloves

1 cup beef broth

¼ cup white vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Dash of salt and pepper
