Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place the pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, and spices in a bowl, toss evenly to coat

Lay the seeds on a non-stick pan

Bake for 10 minutes, then toss and bake for another 5, remove from oven and enjoy!

1/2 tsp cayenne powder
