In a large skillet render the bacon pieces until crispy. Remove them and drain on paper towels. Keep some of the bacon fat in the skillet. Add the diced shallot and saute until translucent.
After the shallots are sautéed, add in the sausage and brussels sprouts. Cook until the sausage is warmed through and the sprouts are crisp and cooked through.
Add in the diced apples and cook until warmed through.
Serve warm and enjoy!!
