Tropical Dream Protein Shake [Phase 2]

  • Yields: 1 shake


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Increase the water if needed for a thinner consistency.

In Phase 2 or 3 you could add banana to increase the deliciousness!


1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

1/2 cup of nonfat greek yogurt

1/4 of a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice (approximately 1/2 of an orange juiced)

1/3 cup of pineapple chunks Phase 2-3 only. Phase 1 please use Kiwi.

1 cup of ice

1/2-1 cup of water

Hi Rosa, unfortunately, pineapple is allowed in Phase 2 and 3 only. For Phase 1 please use Kiwi.
