In a large skillet or pan, cook turkey, peppers, onion and garlic over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, breaking up turkey into small pieces; the turkey should be entirely cooked through and starting to brown and crisp.
Stir in the organic salsa, chili powder and cumin. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or so. Divide the lettuce among four plates or place it in one large bowl.
Top with the cooked turkey mixture, tomatoes, avocado and carrots. Top with cilantro and add optional toppings of choice. Serve immediately once completed! Enjoy!
