Zesty Avocado-Deviled Eggs [Phase 1]

Cut all the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks.

In a mixing bowl add the yolks, avocado, apple cider vinegar, and spices.

Using a pastry cutter or the back of a fork mix/mash well.

With a small scoop (I used a cookie dough scooper) or a spoon, spoon the filling into the egg whites. Serve and Enjoy!

1/2 Avocado

1/4 cup High-quality no-sugar added, Dijon

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you can tolerate it)

1 tsp coarse sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

I love avocado, so found these deviled eggs to be very tasty. They are something you need to eat right away because the avocado turns brown. They are still good for a couple days, but don’t look very appetizing. I won’t make as many next time, but will make them again.
