

Directions
Cut zucchini into thin noodle like strips. Heat pan over medium temperature, add olive oil and one clove of chopped garlic, cook for 30 seconds and add shrimp (if cooking raw shrimp, if not add zucchini first, cook until softened and then add shrimp) add spices and the rest of garlic cloves.
Cook for about 5 minutes until almost pink, add zucchinis and shredded carrot.
Cook for another 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately and sprinkle with parsley on top.

1 lb Precooked or raw Shrimp
4 large zucchinis
1 large carrot
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 ginger powder or 1 Tbs freshly grated ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
Parsley for garnish
