Begin by grating the zucchini, garlic, and onion. Make sure to squeeze all of the water out of the zucchini. Then add it into a large bowl and combine with the turkey, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form 5 even patties.
Once you have formed the patties, heat a large skillet on high heat. Once the skillet is heated up, spray it with oil, reduce it to low heat, and place the patties on it. Flip back and forth until cooked all the way through and is no longer pinkish. If you would prefer to grill the patties, spray the grill with oil and on medium heat cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy.
