

Directions
In a bowl layer the greens and veggies. In the microwave heat up the sliced steak for about 1 minute or until it is heated through.
In a small bowl combine the vinegar and oil and mix with a fork, add in salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and Enjoy!
Ingredients
3 oz. leftover balsamic steak from the night before (refer to Balsamic Steak recipe)
2 cups of mixed greens
½ red bell pepper (sliced)
¼ red onion (sliced)
½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
