

Directions
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients for the scramble (exclude the berries). Heat a small non-stick frying pan, either sprayed with non-stick coconut oil spray or 1 tsp of coconut oil, over medium heat.
When pan is warm add the egg mixture and let set for a minute, reduce heat to low and, using a spatula mix the eggs around until they are cooked through, but not overcooked.
Serve warm with a side of berries.

3 large asparagus spears (chopped)
¼ cup onion, diced
½ bell pepper diced
½ cup diced mushrooms
salt and pepper
dash of garlic powder
½ cup raspberries or blueberries
