

Directions
Begin by chopping up the rinsed chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and mint. Toss those into a large bowl.
Next, zest ½ teaspoon worth of the lemon and juice 3 tablespoons of it. Mince the garlic. Add lemon juice, zest, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning into the bowl. Throw in all ingredients besides the tuna.
Lastly, drain the tuna and add it in once the salad has been tossed well. Enjoy.

1/2 red onion
1 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch mint
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 (5 oz) cans chunk-light tuna in water
